Indigenous Mentoring Day Mentors

You will spend the day with your mentee and allow them to shadow and learn about your work at U of T, tour your department, share specific aspects of your job and/or facilitate internal interactions with your colleagues.

All mentors and mentees are invited to attend a lunch and networking event from 12 until 1:30 to meet new faces and learn more about U of T’s Indigenous communities, programs and initiatives.

We are seeking mentors with:

  • Breadth and depth experience at the University
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
  • The ability to work with mentees in a supportive manner

Mentor Registration

To register, fill out our mentor application form. You’ll receive updates on everything you need to know leading up to the event. Matches will be announced on September 23, 2019.

The mentor registration deadline is March 4, 2020.
